Business Lab: teaching profit versus cash on real records

The Challenge

A company can report a profit while cash falls. How can a learner explain that difference using business records? Business Lab explores that question through public teaching outlines and a planned distribution exercise. The project remains in development.

Our Solution

The public cash lesson asks learners to predict how an unpaid invoice affects profit and cash, follow operational documents and compare the prediction with receivables, payables and the ledger. It is explicitly a proposed teaching outline.

The instructor workspace uses an existing passkey. Versioned lesson publications, author-owned reviews, role restrictions and draft reset need a signed-in instructor rehearsal. Manual instructor observations must remain distinct from verified ERP evidence. No new administrator or passkey is provisioned for this presentation.

Results

The introduction and public cash outline are captured at desktop and mobile sizes. Instructor access and classroom acceptance remain pending. No complete game round, connected company launch, capacity result or educational improvement is claimed.

The next review should establish the teaching objective, published-versus-draft distinction and instructor reset before presenting gameplay. Connect on LinkedIn to discuss the evidence an instructor would need to trust the exercise.
